We host your site, keep it updated, check it's up every five minutes, and make the changes you ask for each month. A note tells you how the month went, and once a quarter we go through it with you.
Every build comes with a year of Essentials care, and the first care invoice is in month 13. Any site can move onto Clinamen and onto a care plan.

The same care in each. They differ in hours, in who writes the monthly note, and in how fast we answer. With a build, year one of Essentials is included and a bigger plan costs the difference.

What care covers, and what it doesn't
Your website and your domain. Not your office.
- What we look afterHosting, updates, the address, and the records that let mail from your domain be trusted (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), plus simple forwarding addresses.
- Quoted first, at $150 an hourHours beyond your plan; new pages and features; copywriting; a full accessibility audit of a site we didn't build; a newsletter or booking tool connected (we add its DNS records); moving a site onto Clinamen after its paid review.
- What we don't doMailboxes, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, computers and phones, office networks and IT, passwords for staff accounts, paid ads, social media, your Google Business Profile, or WordPress hosting. That's managed IT and marketing, different jobs; if you need them, we can suggest someone.

How a change request works
By email, in plain words. Your portal shows where each one stands, but you never have to use it.

Email what you want changed: a new photo, a price, a paragraph, a page that should read differently.

We do it, inside your hours
If it fits the month's hours, it's done and you're told what changed. Hours that go unused don't roll over: a quiet month means your site needed less.

Or we quote it first
New pages or features are quoted in writing at $150 an hour, and nothing starts until you say yes.
Starting and stopping
Care is how a site stays right. It is never how we keep you.
- After a buildA year of Essentials care is included and starts on launch day. Choose a bigger plan and you pay only the difference; the first full care invoice is in month 13.
- A site we didn't buildIt starts with a paid review: three hours, $450, and a written answer on what the site needs and what moving it onto Clinamen involves. Join a care plan and the $450 is credited to your first month.
- Paying yearlyA year paid up front costs ten months: $1,500 for Essentials, $2,500 for Standard, $4,000 for Priority.
- LeavingThirty days' notice. We hand over the code, the Cloudflare account and every login, and the site keeps running.
