Every figure here is the whole price. Nothing is added later unless you add to the scope.

Where a build lands in its range depends on the number of pages, how ready your words and photos are, and the forms and integrations it needs. The written scope names one figure.

How a build goes

You always know which station you're at, and what's due.

    You tell us what the site is for. We send a one-page scope with one fixed price, and you approve it.

    Build

    Half the price starts the build. You get a private preview link early and watch the site take shape, with your rounds of changes built in.

    Launch

    We put it live on your domain, check every page with you, and the second half is due that day.

    Care

    A year of Essentials care starts at launch: hosting, updates, a check every five minutes, and changes each month. A bigger plan costs only the difference.

What you can hold us to

Written into every scope.

  1. 01The price holds unless you change the scope.
  2. 02Anything new is quoted in writing first, at $150 an hour, before any work starts.
  3. 03Half the price starts the build. The other half is due on launch day.
  4. 04Late content moves the date, not the price.
  5. 05You own the domain, the content and the code, and the Clinamen licence for your site is included. If you leave, you take the code, the hosting and the logins.
